    + 1 I went to the DZ this morning and it was too windy for me. But no worries, I guess. I was thinking I would go back this afternoon to see what the wind situation is like, but I haven't yet. I doubt I will... I'm being hit so hard with what feels like either a "light" flu and/or a nice, painful sinus infection that I went for a pedicure, grabbed some food for the hotel room so I don't have to leave it again for the night (yay for the fridge and microwave!) and just popped some nighttime cold/flu pills, a Benadryl and ate some lunch. I guess the bright side is I can be sick here in chilly weather or be sick at home where it is 11 degrees, -6 with the wind chill. I'll take Z-Hills! Always be kinder than you feel.

    Those little gems won't be making an appearance on this trip. Made it to CLT @ 10:20pm and they held the CLT-TPA plane, 2 terminals away, for a few of us. I got to ride on the bitch bus. You know, those little cars that zip people through the terminals with bitchy women yelling to get out of the way. Got into TPA @ 12:30am or so... picked up the rental and zipped up to Z-Hills. I'm snuggly at my hotel and need to get to sleep to be at the DZ @ 9am. Or so. It was a LONG day.... Always be kinder than you feel.

    No, I slummed it in the first row of coach at the bulkhead, window seats on both segments. 1st was sold out and I was DESPERATE to get to TPA tonight on US Air. Ugh. The flight attendants aren't as nice in coach. WTF? Always be kinder than you feel.

    US Air Flight 939 from PHL-CLT has been fucking sitting here @ the gate since 6:30pm. And here I still sit in seat 5F. I;m hungry, thirsty and I have to pee. And I'm trapped by fat fucks who should've been made to pay for 2 seats. WTF. They could at least bust out the alcohol. I bet I'm going to miss my flight from CLT - TPA @ 10:05pm. The last one of the night, of course. Always be kinder than you feel.

    Hey guys --- I'm @ my gate @ PHL right now (flying US Air, of course), connecting in CLT (of course) to get to TPA. I heard it on the radio on the way to the airport. Good to hear everyone survived. Now I imagine CLT will be a news channel infested mess. Great. And yes I;m being pissy because there's a couple with a screaming baby in the seat near me. If I didn't have to pick up a rental car I'd be at the bar. Always be kinder than you feel.

    Well we have hired a car and will be driving to Sebastian tomorrow (Friday), if it's not looking to good for jumping (weather, loads, organising etc..) we'll skoot over to Zhills on Saturday and stay there for the long weekend

    I remember keeping up with the posts and pictures about your Todd and crying as I read them. You really loved each other, huh? I've already done the 1st jump thing last weekend. That was a bit emotional but its done with now. I guess if everyone else has the guts and balls to face their emotions I will too. I hope I can come back here Monday night and say I had a rockin' time at Sebastian.

    That's what everyone is saying - face it, do the look around, get my questions answered, etc. , see the under canopy view, take it all in, make peace with the "place". Maybe Saturday morning... I don't know yet. I'll have a rental car so I am mobile... gotta work that one out in my head... Thank you for your advice.
