I ended up going to a party at a friend of a friend's home in Northeast Philadelphia. Had a nice time but didn't really drink because I had an hour drive home. I was home by 2am. It was nice not waking up and starting the new year with a hangover. Glad I stuck to my guns and didn't get crazy. I was introduced to a game called Cards Against Humanity. If you've never played.... OMG it can be hilarious. Definitely not politically correct or for those easily offended. Always be kinder than you feel.

Speaking of drifting, we're supposed to get some SNOW over my way tomorrow into Friday. Weird thing is is was snowing/blowing like hell from Georgetown up to the Continental Divide. But down here in the Front Range: zilch. A nearby friend posted his 30 mile bike on FB today. Freaky. I love weather. Always be kinder than you feel.

I can drive 2 miles to ShopRite and grab some bottled stuff, get home, cook a full dinner, serve it and clean the kitchen by the time the homemade sauce would be ready. I'm surprised anyone from CO has the strength to type today. Hope you got some morning skiing in today. Arrived at Loveland Ski Area 0800. They were getting pounded by wind and snow. Annoying part was that above the treeline, I was snowblind half the time. Even got vertigo once in the middle of a turn and fell down because I couldn't tell which way was up. Below the treeline the powder was great! Whoa! That had to suck (the above the treeline part). Glad you didn't get hurt. I'll have to live vicariously though you skiers for another week or so.
