    I use it as a generalist term inclusive of Breitbart, Blaze and Fox News (your holy trinity of new clippings). I lived in the US for 20yrs; I grew up there. I’ve owned many guns; I kept a .45 semi-auto loaded with hollow points and “one in the pipe” in my flat. However, I was a younger man then with a limited view of the world.     I’ve lived in the US south (on the coast) during a major hurricane – I’ve seen many. You’re correct in being prepared for something that is likely (even remotely likely). But ISIS training camps in the woods of south Georgia? We’re the ones LMFAO. That area has probably the highest concentration of “Backwoods Billy Bobs” that you will find in the US.     A comparison to automotive deaths is meaningless; everyone in the US needs to get for A to B. However, a comparison to alcohol-related deaths, I would agree, would have some merit; not everyone has to drink. I looked at the nominal numbers for US/UK on gun deaths and see the following: For the last year which I could quickly find comparisons (2012) there were 51 gun deaths in the UK, there were over 30,000 in the US (83 a day). The nominal number was 30,295 (the number rounding alone is higher than if you scale up the UK population to that of the US (we’d still only have a little more 250 gun deaths). If you run a public business (say a burger restaurant) and the KKK Grandwizard comes in (in normal streetwear not his white pointy-hat gear); you're legally obliged to sell him a cheeseburger However note you are in a discussion with RushMC who seems to believe the more he posts a point the more correct/validated it becomes.     Someone did just that. Here's cut/paste: I went in today to order a large cheese pizza. To my surprise, when I entered the store, I found it deserted. When I asked the worker if it was normally this dead, they responded that due to this new Religious Freedom Restoration Act that they wouldn't serve anyone that would violate their Christian beliefs. So that meant no gays (Leviticus 18:22), no one who eats pork (Leviticus 11:7-8) or shrimp (Deuteronomy 14:9-10), no one who wears fabric made from two different fibers (Leviticus 19:19), no one who plays football (Deuteronomy 14:8), no one who shaves their beard (Leviticus 19:27), no one who works on Sundays (Exodus 20:10), no farmers who grow more than one crop (Leviticus 19:19), no one who curses their parents (Leviticus 20:9).
