  2. But you said clear as day: " When Duane and I left Portland we went to Tahoe and he pointed up a road into the hills (I NOW know these were mountains) and told me he used to live up there and mentioned an address with a number in it ..." The question still stands. How do you live in mountains and not know you are in mountains? At the very least, you would know you were NOT in a corn field, or under water, especially for a sophisticated cat like Duane 'DB Cooper' Weber! I have one more clue for you! Zona. That's a religious name. You said she had brothers who were Menonites or Mormons. Was Zona Serbian OR was she a member of the Moronites or Zonaite order? Zona is a religious name (thats a fact), like Gabriel or Esther, or Sarah, or Isaac ... The Angel "Zona"was the one who delivered the covenant to the Zonaites ... Moroni did the same for the Mormons ... Abraham for the Israelites, etc. In the New World the centre of this activity is in Utah according to those scriptures. So, is it possible not only was Duane in mountains but did not know he was in mountains, and was in Utah and not some other State? If Duane had been captured by a cult ad taught to sky dive in order to pull off the Cooper hijacking ... do you see how this all comes together? McCoy fell under the same influence and you know what happened to him! I sense destiny working in all of this. I hate to say this but it sounds as if Duane was under some powerful influence at the time - that would account for not knowing where you are (for weeks at a time)? woooooooops! Wait a minute. Zona was the child, not the wife. I misread what you said. Forget everything I have just said. I am a jerk! I apologise. You know how we scientists are ... myopic ... ... why would they name the kid Zona? Maybe everything Ive said does make sense. Please let us know...
  3. When Duane and I left Portland we went to Tahoe and he pointed up a road into the hills (I NOW know these were mountains) and told me he used to live up there and mentioned an address with a number in it - Like Eighteen mile road or Seventeen Mile Road as a place "we" used to live. I just assumed it was with a prior wife - and assumed Edna since it would have been in Ca. around the time a child would have been born named of Zona. I was told that Edna had lots of brothers and they were - I do not remember other than I got the impression of Mormon or Mennoite. Now I know that was a CPS camp and that is where CO's stayed. So Duane was in some mountains but did not know he was in mountains at thetime, at some Mormon or Menonite jumper training camp at around the time of Zona with Edna too, a Mormon or Menonite CPS camp where CO's stayed.... Did they drink Kool Aid and twist and shout, or did they do the hoky-poky too? Ive never known a Menonite to hoky-poky! A few bank robberies and such but never hoky-poky! If the CO's stayed there was Duane a CO too? Were CO's allowed to hoky-poky!? How can you be in mountains and not know you are in mountains? Was Duane blind folded or was it just too much hoky-poky and Kool Aid? At what medical centre was he treated? Let's all do the hoky-poky and twsist and shout!
  4. Note it's not clear if the holes are ant/insect anyhow. (edit) if you look at the pics (which are just a sample) you can see remnants of the hole action at the edges of the bills, not just the centers. (e.g. the I* bill) Maybe Cook will tell us what he has in mind - otherwise its all open ended and speculation.
  5. I really like your avatar, Sluggo. That's very cool.
  6. Is this from the tie dna? also the name "1234B" seems odd. No, not from anything related to Cooper - Nothing odd about 1234B, just a number, is odd its sequential ... I didnt even notice that! Just pulled it from a file. File 1234B_###########_####
  7. The informer can't understand why the FBI didn't pursue the leads he provided on 11/25/71 and is hoping Sluggo can help him crack the FBI coverup. Is this the guy (attached) ?
  8. Even if I thought the stairs could be deployed I'd figure they'd be pushed up against the fuselage by airloads making egress difficult or impossible. 377 Not at 180 kts they werent.
  9. I was probably responsible for the D.B. Cooper hijacking. I was working at Continental Airlines and flying on my time off at the Pacific Parachute Center. They were excited about a DC-3 coming to town for a "mass" jump of 21 skydivers. Hmmm.... well, how about 110 Skydivers? I showed a group of skydivers how to operate the door on a 727 (our airplane overnighting in PDX) and about 2 weeks I think it was later guess what happened. I spent Thanksgiving day at the FBI. So, you can see why I'm interested. Is this Ralph?? If he is asking if you are H, that is interesting. That he showed a group how to operate the 727 rear door/stairs just before 11-24-71 ... could be interesting. He doesnt sound as if he actually thinks Cooper was one of that group, or does he? That he spent 11-25 with the FBI is interesting! Friend of Tom Bohan's. Mr. Hastings? The former director of PDX? If not he must have known Hastings also. I hope he will work with you!
  10. Okay dude! Who the hell are you really, and how/why are you reading my mail?
  11. Exactly who and where was the money presented to Brian for his final selection? Brian might know that ... whoever it was and whatever the final process it certainly was not forensic if Brian walked away with serial numbers the FBI had not even recovered! God only knows what the insurance company has! How did a Court supervise an unknown?
  12. They picked rubber band fragments off back at the apt as the money was drying etc ... ah good info, thanks georger. I always thought the description was they crumbled at the touch, so they disappeared at the beach. It makes more sense that they are confident of the rubber bands if there were fragments still when they got home and could see without the sand. 'crumbled at the touch' is a metaphor. The brands had crystalised, with molecular fractures. Some brittle pieces flaked off the bills and crumbled when rolled between the fingers, other pieces stayed adhered to the outside bills - but adhered is also relative. Keep in mind the paper was wet and deteriorated. During the gooey stage some bands (soaked into) and adhered to the cotton fibres of the bills, then crystalised to adhere permanently. In picking some of these band fragments off the bills the Ingrams actualy pulled cotton fibres off the paper - that is easily visible ....
  13. (edit) Arguably, the rubber bands were there, They picked rubber band fragments off back at the apt as the money was drying etc ...
  14. Brian has given multiple descriptions. Some conflicting. Brian was a kid in the middle of adults having a . . .
  15. dollar amount = no. of serial numbers matched - this was all pre auction company finding parts of more serial numbers (added about fifteen more?) The $5800 figure is ........... about as accurate as Brian's memory.
  16. He said, "no briefcase," as per Dorwin's commentary. How would Brian Ingram know!? All he has is rumor. Brian Ingram was not a witness to any of this! And. neither was Jerry Thomas - or Jo Weber! (a smart attorney never asks a question he doesnt already know the answer to). Keep track of the fact the Cooper case (including all files) were transferred to Seattle... and the Ingram's interests right along with it - Brian Ingram is not a neutral witness, period.
  17. No doubt Sagan took this as precident for arguing Voyage should include a recorded disk! Can Cooper call home? Did he find the Voyager disk? Duane did! Jo has it!
  18. :) our peak cat population was 3. It's down to 2 now. (they were all serious hunters. Mice had no chance. Birds and small field animals were problematic). my neighbor is up to 54 cats, 10 skunks, uncountable racoons, cyotes, a few fox, 3 dogs, 240 cattle, ....... he feeds them all!
  19. The changes were made and all three agreed the final sketch looked like Cooper. I think when you weigh each person's words it comes down to tolerances. Each changed the first draft, so each found that the draft was lacking. Perhaps Schaffner's tolerance for detail is more exacting than Mucklow and Hancock. So it's not that the sketches are so far off or people's memories of Cooper are way off. In fact, Schaffner didn't factually change the sketch, she just sharpened it, as did Mucklow and Hancock. agree. Th changes are refinements not wholesale changes in physical structure. To my eyes Cooper's profile falls into a rather specific 'type' but I just can't nail the type! To me his facial structure suggests a type and I'm willing to bet somebody in his family had pretty dominant genes ... he looks like his mother? I dont know if its ethnic or racial or what it is Im keying on here every time I look at these sketches .. Im am not the first person to have this reaction going clear back to when these 'posters' were first issued. (I even had one guy tell me years ago, quote: "hell that guy is white Russian", and we all laughed.). Maybe its a French stereotype? French Canadian? But to my eyes there has always been something physiologically specific about this guy enough to say, for example, he could not possibly be Duane Weber, or Christiansen, or Cheknee Canoe either! I have always had the feel that if a physical anthropologist got ahold of this sketch they might be able to say something important - ??? - like, 'he is Novaho' ... or something as specific as that. It would have to be someone very familiar with recognising and catagorising ethnic, racial, and cultural types ...
  20. Nobody is listening. You;re full of shit and frauds.
  21. Georger will say: wrong everything. You guys just dont take "somatotyping" seriously! Jo does. She invented it.
  22. If women in church groups were talking about more money and pieces of more money being found at the bar, then there must be something to it!
