I have permisson by my parents to jump. I am right now 17. Please Help me! I just researched the Bill: Sec. 65.113 Eligibility requirements: General A. To be eligible for a parachute rigger certificate, a person must: 1. Be at least 18 years of age; [...] Well I do not want to make a certificate, I only want to jump once.. I understand it that I have to be 18 to get the C. but can I jump earlier with 17?
