I was actually talking about the firefighters who parachute into wildfires, who happen to be called smokejumpers. Just for those of you who did not understand what I was referring to.

Are there any smokejumpers out there? If so I was just wondering how and why you got involved in smokejumping to start with. What inspired or drove you to become a smokejumper in the first place?
