  1. having just quilfied myself, you'v got loads more funky stuff to come soon I found if I became more relaxed and floppy like and kept my head up, instead of riggid in freefall, I could stay on heading better and when it came to turns and so on it helps regaining your arch and position. So I' say just trust your gear and training and relax :) as for VHS to computer if you have a video card in your computer (pick them up cheap these days) you could plug your vhs straight in computer acting like your tv would or just record iton a video camera while it plays on your TV and upload it to our computer. Hope you have loads of fun with your freefalling :) next time, I'm coming back as a Bird that can Dive ------------------------------------------- I'm on Facebook as "Michael McNulty", drop me a line

Became a packer after my first jump and packed my way through my course. just have to blow all my savings on getting my own gear! I was wondering what to do with it anyway. Oh Yeah! next time, I'm coming back as a Bird that can Dive ------------------------------------------- I'm on Facebook as "Michael McNulty", drop me a line
  4. Hi I'm Mikey, if you where to come to Brid we'd might meet as I pack/jump.So I kinda spend a lot of my spare time at Brid. I first came to Brid with the 4Para (reservist - Parachute Regiment) as part of a bit of adventure training with 20 of guys all dressed in combats and boots. We spent the day completing our static line training under the supervision of Phil, Del, Chris and Simon screaming our heads off ARCHTHOUSAND!!! etc... and making a the onlookers jump. It was a real fun and entertaining day as the staff, current and former Reg lads all kicked about with the banter and even though we didn't jump that day it was a worth while experience. Once I realised I wanted to jump and had the bug I turned to the staff and asked how a bloke with not much money could be invovled in the sport and they just said "Learn to pack" so thats what I did. So under the supervison of Olley, Joey and the CCI Ray Armstrong I became a packer. which I do to pay for my jumps which makes the training course I'm doing so much worth while. I'v learned so much from all the wealth of exsperience at Brid from guys and they really have made me feel welcome. If you want to get into skydiving, Brid is the place to do it and over the last few months I have gained some much just being apart of what Brid has to give.
