Zennie I agree with you in part - but as you said - it is the Plaintiff who agrees to file the suit.......the attorney must have the approval of the individual.

People need to start blaming the individuals who bring the lawsuits - not the attorneys who prosecute or defend them. Everyone is entitled to fair representation........which ever side of the fence you are sitting on.
