When I moved to my current location 6 years ago, I only saw one rabbit occasionally at the entrance of my addition. Now they are everywhere digging under my porch, patio, driveway, and garage. Did not come here to enlighten the masses came here to talk with and learn from one another , is there a rule about who's opinion one must sacrifice their own for in here ? True Outlaw guns and only Outlaws will have guns . Most registered competent gun owners obey and respect the laws and others , rarely is a felon crime commited by everyday gun owners with registered legally obtained weapons . The Girl doesn't know about the STD. They are still morally and should be legally obligated to inform the partners . As no protection ,as stated above is 100% certain . Only if the person doing the telling is the infected's attending physician . Doing so without the consent of the infected patient . On the other side of the coin , it is illegal to not inform a partner that you are infected . Especially when the infection is HIV . Some states will even charge the infected person if they are spreading it without informing partners with anything from reckless endangerment to endangering one's welfare to attempted murder in some cases in New York , if someone is knowingly , or even possibly spreading HIV without informing the partners they have had relations with . that is all the more reason he should automatically be eledgable for and offered health insurance . If he has medical conditions that need to be addressed , he should have the opportunity to a health-life insurance plan . With all of those lives at stake & in their hands ? Even a simple headcold or respiratory infection can make an otherwise healthy person light headed , dizzy , which behind the helm could lead to a tragedy .
