I watched it from the ground along with some other people on the DZ. We were all cheering "cool its gonna land right here. Only to find out the winds were really weird on the sunset load (based on some other shit that happened too). We all stood there watching the main drift "appeared to be heading right in the field in front of us". At appox 1000' it took off going the opposite way.....F@ck. Dave quickly took off in the truck to go look but lost it. I mean it took OFF. Sorry Heather hopefully it will come back! As you know, we have the best canopy scout here in z-hills!! Lesson learned here "never under-estimate the zephyr winds"!!

Here are some aww pictures of my Hercules the 3 legged wonder dog. Although you cant see it in the pictures he did have all 4 then! hercnnucker (him sucking on his nucker while trying to break him from the bottle "no-shit" hercnbee (him cuddled with his stuffed bee) hercluvsbeer (look at what he has become>>check out the beer beard this was taken the day after we had to take his leg...would be a great outback / foster commercial)

Yes dam right I would sue..."""if there was a defect in the design""" (thats a no brainer). Just because we like to jump out of them (airplanes that is) does not make the aircraft manufacturers any less responsible for safety than other transportation manufactures. Example: You were in a Bus traveling to a dropzone and the rear wheels fell off "due to design defects". You now have horrible injuries because of the accident. Would you sue the bus manufacturer???? Or should you just forget about it....I mean after all the bus was taking you to the dropzone and you knew the risks of accidents. Lets be realalistic here people..A Defect is a Defect is a Defect!!! Hey Chicky....Feel for ya!!!! My injury kept me down for 2 months "until I finally got a good brace and moved my throw out to the left side". Dont push yourself with your arm (you need em up there) TRUST ME!!! I will look up the manufacturer of my brace and send it to you. It does help alot. Stay Safe, Have Fun, & Feel Better!! Tami

Lets start this off first by wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas. We did our annual Christmas jump this morning in z-hills for my sisters video. Scotty and I always wear our PJ's, Santa Hat and Tandem Teddy Bears. Please enjoy our Christmas Photo christmas2003.jpg. While viewing the photos, I noticed my PJ top was totally covering my cut-away!! I really tucked it in before exit too. I lived in Oregon for 12 years. I had just started to get used to the weather when..........I started skydiving. Well Northwest weather just wasnt gonna do for me so had to relocate. But....the state is awesome you really have it all: Mountains, Rivers, Ocean Beaches, Deserts........But best of all ""Portland has the BEST FREAKING MICRO-BREW EVER!!!!!!!
