The Bulletin has been corrected to include adding clear shrink wrap if ripcord is not damaged => OK but someone knows if the clear shrink wrap goes inside the hole of the washer ? since the shrink wrap diameter is only 1/4 ", I guess that even by squeezing the clear shrink wrap, it cannot go above a 1/2 inch washer !!! does someone already tried or know the answer ?
