he's not a policeman !!!! he'd like you to think he is, but he's just a "community support officer" which is basically a civillian who just helps the police with menial jobs so the real police can do more important stuff he's only got the same power as a civillian, he's got no power of arrest or detention.... he'd have to ask a person to stay with him while a real copper arrives to arrest the person in question.... how do i know this? i'm in the CID myself
