I just mailed something via USPS to a foreign country...which I've never done before. I had to fill out a customs form. What I want to know is whether the recipient will be charged an import duty to receive it? That would suck because it is a gift. Anyone know the specific regulations on that? I have to admit this is one of the most well thought out positions that I've read in SC. Mostly because you are thinking critically about both sides of the issue at hand. If you're willing to examine all possible sides and then base your opinion based on the facts that are available to you, then you really know what's going on instead of basing your opinion on a political philosophy and become entrenched in that mentality. Props to you my good man.

We weren't allowed to catch shit, and one whole MRE for a day of hiking over 20 clicks in the mountains at 9K feet with a 40 lb pack...there was a reason we all cut open the wrappers and licked the inside when we were done eating them. Some guys paid 20 bucks for just the entree from those things. Edit: Not to mention the only thing eaten during evasion was ants and a small cup of rice at the checkpoint.
