welp i am going to orlando for four days... traveling all around florida in that time..... where is the nearest dropzone to west palm beach or orlando..... i am too lazy to look it up on the dropzone list.... i am student so the best dropzone to attend would be awesome.....

i know it was my dumb fault for handing out the keys in the first place.... needing some legal advice. Michigan is a no fault state. i let the boyfriend take the crotchrocket out around the parking lot at work while i was working. he was doing some construction work on the place where i work. another construction guy asks the boyfriend if he can just sit on the bike and rev the engine. the boyfriend told the guy if he breaks it he bought it. welp the guy ended up popping a wheelie on the bike and couldn't control it and skidded the bike 20 ft. damaging the whole left side.4500.00 dollars worth of damage. the construction worker that damaged the bike owns his own company and promised the boyfriend, myself, my father and another coworker that he was at fault and that ALL damage would be taken care of. mind you i didn't even know any of this happened till the boyfriend came back inside and told me. so here i am 2 months later , the guy is avoiding my phone calls and HIS mechanic lied to me about parts being ordered, as the construction worker hasn't kept in touch with him either, so after a legnthy 2 months of waiting to hear something, i decided to claim it on my insurance...... my question is since he confessed to 4 people that he was at fault and that he would cover all damages, am i able to take him to court for the damages he has done , or at least for the deductible? by the way, the guy that wrecked the bike... his wife doesn't know... i was thinking of getting ahold of her since she does his paper work and asking her what i should do with this since it was her husband who fucked it up. thank you so much for any adivce able to recieved. blue skies maya
