    Good question...one I can't answer as I only had to repeat one AFF levels/no repeats on IADs and skipped a level or two with them. I attributed it to my tunnel time. DPH # 2 "I am not sure what you are suppose to do with that, but I don't think it is suppose to flop around like that." ~Skootz~ I have a strong regard for the rules.......doc!

    I actually did some tunnel some tunnel time in florida prior to taking my jump course and found it very beneficial....my only problem was that I was back sliding like crazy once I was in the air. It was nice to go into the tunnel and practice turns, forward motion as well as learning to finding that stable body position. If you have the time and the money I would do it - but that is what I would do.     Yes...i think all new jumpers feel this way...I still do although I am comfortable in the air and now i am concerned about my landings...so you will find you change your mind about the things that you worry about.     If you meet a chick named Heron...tell her hello from spokane...she jumps both DZs as she is in school. We miss her up here, but also know that she loves it down there.     I was at z-hills a couple of weeks ago and loved it there....also had some weather problems, but we had a great time. Congrats on passing your first AFF

    I am personally a pale ale chica but my beau is a stout drinker so brew them both...we actually make beer so maybe this is something new for me to work on this spring.

    I was in zhills a couple of weeks ago and weather wasn't too bad, but it wasn't great either... however only got nine jumps in while on my florida adventure - weather/and got a cold to make it worse. I hit their annual "cold snap" what a bummer really, but still loved the jumping there and would go back in a heart beat.     I understand your pain....our DZ is closed for the season and have to travel 2 hours min to the nearest DZ...but did jump last week and had a blast....but it sure does get cold at altitude...BRRRRRRRRRRR; it was about 0 degrees at altitude.     My first jump was IAD from 4000 ft.....talk about taking your breath away. I would continue to talk with people and get some ideas on the different options available. My fiance's first jump was a tandem. Now we get to play together which has been a kick. Good luck in finding your method of jumping. I am sure that you will love it.
