I can't see why you would need a weapon unless they have one. In the case that you know them then I would ask them politely to leave, then I wouldn't be so polite if they didn't. In the case that you don't know them, its open season, deal with the consequences afterwards.

.....thats right FOURTH interview for a software position on Monday, and I am still waiting to hear the result. I wouldn't have believed it was possible to interview someone that many times and still have things to ask! Anyone else had something similar?
