I'm not a ti, but one day plan to get rated, so forgive me if my question on this is obvious. watching the video, the TI's legs did not do anything, would it have helped stop the spin to drop knee/leg down, in addition to using arms? Watching this video just taught me a lesson for when i eventually get my rating.. when things start to go wrong, take a deep breath, before panicking. though, I guess there really isn't too much time to do that. ... i just heard about this on the radio and was about to post the story myself.. too slow. I'm outraged at this, it is rediculous, and an outright abuse of the system. hopefully the judge realizes that, and puts a stop to this. good for you. part of being a skydiver is knowing when to just sit back, and stop. there are times when, it is better to just end jumping for the day, and crack open the beer. strangely enough.. today, I went to the san diego zoo! . took lots of pictures, but have not put them on my pc yet. the anaconda was much bigger than those silly yellow pythons. and they had some larger turtles than that little thing. lol.. and elephants, and tigers, and even bears!! and I have a great pic of a bonoba or whatever the name is monkey for you ;) .. i think it may compare to your snake! i think it isa funny idea. but even though I use a packer, at times, i would be pissed if I found out someone had taken my gear without my knowing , unpacked it, and then repacked it, without telling me. I don't think that it being your old gear is a valid point. that aside, i do like the idea, it is funny. have you considered this one.... get ahold of an extra cut-away handle/cable in freefall, just hold it out if front of you, and look at it.
