    having the radio person already on the ground is a new concept to me. How does it work when there are multiple AFF groups on the aircraft, or is this a practice that is mostly done at smaller cessna dzs? using the paddles intriuges me as well, I'm sure it has been done that way for years, but, how much do those distract the student from learning the visual of the ground coming at them while focusing instead on some paddles?     just called them.. that was a fun phone call. the lady was nice, but she herself was just reading the information off of the website, and wasnt too sure about anything of the program. i was trying to find out how many jumps the price included, and she was saying just the one, with ground training.. but i think she was tlaking about the aff level one only. After talking to her, i come to the conclusion taht that price only includes the level 1-8 and no solos. also from the website..     I am not an instructor , not do i have close jump numbers to be one *end disclaimer* I'm curious, since the debate seems to be 'what is best for the student', my question is... Can an instructor better help and debrief canopy flight of the student while on the ground watching with full attention, or while flying their own canopy, watching for hazrds, and watchingthe student all at once. ..     about a week ago, i just got a random urge to go out and buy flowers, then surprise her with them as she got home from work. . funny thing is, as i was sitting in the dark waiting for her to get home from work, i remembered it was our '9 month' anniversary. haha. i don't celebrate the month to month crap, but it was a funny coincidence.
