CBO: TrumpCare, 24 million lose health care
freddysdaddy replied to dorkitup's topic in Speakers Corner
It must be so utterly embarrassing to be American these days... -
https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=3jL3yxQVa9U God bless America.

He will grab you by the pussy USA. The funniest thing is, that the "average white man" now believes to have the right candidate in the oval office. I would bet my rig, that USA will be in a far worse shape in 4 years, especially the current Trump voters.

Cant argue with your logic. My wife and I view tunnel as a separate hobby. Skydiving has been an incredible hobby for us and its more than just the jumps. We only live an 90 minutes from Ifly Austin so no real travel expenses, we just dont want to cut back on skydiving to go to the tunnel. When our circumstances change the tunnel will still be there. It is awesome watching some of the jumpers at our dropzone progress so quickly. You live that close to one of the newest sweetest tunnels in the country and you don't want to include that in your training? And it works out per minute to be cheaper than skydiving? You're nuts! I'm the opposite. Live at least 60-90 mins from the local DZ's, I work wacky hours, don't have a ton of weekends off to jump with other weekend warriors, and my office is just a few minutes around the corner from our tunnel. And the bulk rate allows us to fly for just under 10 bucks a minute. Seems like a pretty good deal to get some training done. IMO, you just can't keep up with other fliers at the dz if you're not utilizing the tunnel. At least not here in NorCal. For some people its not about keeping up or tunnel flying at all. Its about SKYDIVING the 2 are completely different and for me dont compare in the least. I will take skydiving over tunnel any day. If my play money was limited I would spend it on skydiving ahead of tunnel any time. Me as well. My skydiving budget goes in skydiving. Very simple. :)

The attched link is the divepool for "Freefly Novice" for the german nationals. A lot of fun and you learn a lot in my eyes. http://www.funjump.de/sites/default/files/divepool_freefly-einsteiger_2012.pdf Regarding your comment "who ever is lower...", i recommend to make a real plan and to jump that plan. That will also push the progression and you will be amazed to see, that you can easily jump 5 points within a quite short period. By the way, "Brouette" and "Horizontal Compressed" are bitches, but its fun to try it

Is it time to work on 1 year repack cycles?
freddysdaddy replied to bodypilot90's topic in Gear and Rigging

freddysdaddy replied to bodypilot90's topic in Gear and Rigging
In the US it's the FAA that decides on repack periods. Folks talked about the rigger short repack cycle motivation when we began considering the move to 180 days in the US too. It's crap. ... And who is consulting the FAA? Anyhow.. This was quite exactly the answer, that has to come from people, who are interested in short cycles. I still see no reply to the fact, that 1-year cycles in many countries work perfectly. -
Thank god! I allways thought, pressing chemicals in the ground will lead to chemicals in the ground

freddysdaddy replied to bodypilot90's topic in Gear and Rigging
The riggers themselves have the biggest interest to have short repack periods. And exactly those guys decide about those periods. German reserves open as well. So what can be wrong about a 1-year-rule, when so many countries successfully use this 1-year-intervall? -
Check Rainbow Designs. It is located north of Berlin. They make fantastic suits and you have the advantage of a personal service, personal measuring and so on, if you drive there. I recommend the Dragster Suit. Ask for Uwe, he will help you.

i guess, for the gun-lovers there is only one category?

I love my Dragster Suit, Rainbowdesigns. Perfect in the air and tunnel. Its of some new kind of cloth. dont ask me, what it is, but it feels extremely soft and comfortable. i love it

Saudi woman to be lashed for defying driving ban
freddysdaddy replied to JohnRich's topic in Speakers Corner
hehe, you are right. in german it would be easier for me to use clear words without sounding "needy" ;) still, i wanted to post a clear opinion, that is easy to understand. i appreciate, that somebody tries to show understanding for islamic rules, but this discussion in definitly the wrong situation ;) Its about diffences in the rules for men and women and that is a no go, everywhere.
