Nope I've never been a Premier Member and it used to work and now it doesn't. Perhaps it changed to Premier only at some point. Oh well.

Hasn't been working for like a year... Is this no longer a usable feature? Always get below error anytime I try to retrieve a remote email message. Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@dropzone.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Yep I think it was because the word "test" was somewhere in the email. I also noticed in my drafts I had saved that the spamcheck@dropzone.com was in the BCC field and removing that allowed my email with "test" in it to go through. Looks like it's working fine now. Thanks for the info.

Still can't send email. Is anyone out there able to send emails?

Every time I try to send a message whether it be a reply or a new message I get an error: Your e-mail could not be sent because it was detected as being spam. I turned Span detection off and it still did not work. HELP!

Will this be addressed now that the site ownership issue has been finalized?

I've updated the settings and even have a 2.5 threshold but nothing ever gets moved to the spam folder and everything is marked as spam score "none".

I get a scripting error when clicking on the address book and attempting to add email adresses. Also, why is there a limit on the number of email adresses you can send to? I am trying to send an email to 10 email addresses and I am over the limit? Is there a way to increase the limit? Thanks.
