Ok, this is shaping up to my worst week in a long time.

Ok I don't know alot about hosting. But I do know there are some hosts that will let you build a "dedicated box" ship it to them and they'll host it. Might cut some setup fees etc.. Just a thought. I did this for a year with an ISP here in Houston. I had some game servers I was hosting... pilotdave, I have to say I'm sorry this was actually true. Saw the news about it lastnight. I'm sorry for you and everyone who will be displaced by this. But, I have to kinda agree with the reasons behind the decsion to close this project. The money was spent. Was it spent properly? Maybe not. Did Boeing cause this? Who knows. I don't know so I can't say. Before I digress to much, I hope you all recover quickly. I just finished it also.. That last boss mob is huge, the level is unreal.. My left arm hurts, haven't played a FPS that intense in awhile!! I just plunked down some major cash recently on a new system. JUST to play some of the newer games coming this year. p4-2 2.8ghz 800fsb Intel dual channel mobo 1gig pc 2700 ddr ram 120gig hd 7200rom ATA 150 nVidia FX5900 128mg DDR video Hopefully this will last awhile. I play EQ now with all the bells and whistles, no video lag or client side lag. I was on a raid lastnight in a graphic intensive zone. 40 people, spell effects, names, new model graphics on.. not one hiccup of lag.. So I'm a happy camper right now. I tried that game for about 2 months. Oct 8th 03` patch did it in for me. They took a great name and produced a fucking shitty as product!! Anyone who is still playing this game is a machocist. SOE's dev team are complete idiots. They couldn't have done any worse by letting monkeys code the game and make the dev changes! I wont be playing CS again. I've deleted HL and all the mods for it, maps everything. I haven't played since 1.5 was released. From everyone I've talked to 1.6 aka: Steam... sucks chunks. I'll be downloading the demo tonight from home. At the office now. I can't wait. I've been playing the demo for UT2k4 lately and the same map over and over again is now boring. The vehicle upgrade was awesome. The game onslaught is just down right excelent now!!
