It's been a lot of years and I know that last year I talked about hanging things up. Well I guess we pretty much all knew that would not be likely to happen in the near future But I have had a lot "given" to me by the sport and those in it over the years. So I'm thinking maybe I should give some little thing back in some way. I have more gear than I need for the amount of jumping I do these days. One of the rigs is a Javelin that does not really fit my fat ass anymore. Now the rig is not really a beginner rig and I'll post the specs later but here is what I'm thinkin'. If you are a upcoming jumper and don't really have the means to buy a complete rig answer with an essay type thing about why you should get a genuine Rainbo leftover. Then I'll post a poll for the folks on this site to vote for the best answer, winner gets a rig, you pay for shipping. what do you all think... Sounds kewl, I am kinda biased and like the naked bikes, hence the Speed Triple in the garage. It is basically a touch higher in Hp and torque than the Duc but a touch heavier also. Hey Bo, A lot of what has been said already is good stuff. In the end remember that it is never about the other people, it is about you. What I hear is that you have a need to find closure on this part of your life. Your dad's life will soon be over, but you have many years left in yours, do not miss the chance to put these issues to rest for yourself,not anybody else. The outcome may be emotionally satisfying or equally gut wrentching, but there will be closure afterwards, and this you owe to yourself. A bag lock will not always stand you up. It depends on how much of your lines are out before the lock. If only a stow or two where released then everything can remain in your burble and not create the drag necessary to pull you upright. Hence the look over your shoulder first logic on any delayed deployment. I've been there done that. If somehow the risers or lines hiched on part of the container the same scenario. You executed your emergency proceedures and lived. That's the biggest lesson here, good for you. Well I got a bag full of drugs and we caught it early so I should be ok. I have habit of not taking care of myself and resting when I do get sick and this is usually the outcome every couple of years. I just need to get better before the airshow next weekend. I am taking Alex to work his first show and don't want to blow it for him.
