There was a little side story in there about 4 14-15 year old girls who were accused of throwing a baby away. Baby was dying, needed mamas blood. Girls kept denying they knew whose baby it was. http://www.posetech.com/ might have some helpful infor. The pose method is used by alot of people, I am planning on looking into it when I start training again. As far as your breathing goes, it's breathe in and then slow controlled out. Not the huff puff stuff. haha that sounds funny. I usually have a breathe in and then out out out slowly as I take each step. So I'm breathing in every 4th step when I'm at pace. by the way have you ever seen an An-2? I was reading about this yesterday and then was like you know this is gonna be the must have item this year. I looked it up on ebay after allllllll the online vendors were out. That sucks. It's not just regular old pink eye though. Maybe at one point it was. I hope to be better very soon. I've been one eyeing it now for 2 weeks and I'm beginning to forget what it is like to be able to have peripheal vision. Eye burning has subsided some. I keep saying to people you never know uncomfortable until you can FEEL your eyball is warm. It's the damn needles every once in awhile that gets me. Skymama's #2 stalker -

It is pink eye. It doesn't look like this anymore, this was I believe day 4 of the infection. We are 2 weeks in I've been on now 4 meds and finally the white of my eye is coming back. Eyelid is swollen though so it looks like my eye is half open. Doc today said it's severe viral conjunctivitus, which is pink eye. Except I happened to have it on my cornea instead of the white part. If you could stick needles in my eye it would feel just like that. It's been awesome!!!! I've thought about the spoon idea. I am not that far into my training to make brains. Here is the theory that I stick with and it works most cases. Fall is the time most people get together because summer is over, you spend more time at home or indoors. You want the company of someone through the cold months.
