    With the judging changes envoked by the IPC...we're gonna need more judges from the U.S. once the USPA follows suit and changes ours. I'm thinking about hanging up the tights and enlisting as many folks as I can so that our athletes have representation on all fronts. See ya soon missmissy. (hope your snowboarding trip was a blast)

    2004 rules for USPA will be made public in May. The IPC has theirs posted. The USPA generally follows suit with IPC rules. The judging change: http://www.fai.org/parachuting/documents/ see section 5.14.2.2.

    BOD meeting was held along with competiton committee meeting in VA. http://www.fai.org/parachuting/documents/ The USPA customarily follows year to year changes in the IPC rules, USPA rules will go public in May. At Nationals we had a 3 judge panel. This new change would require a minimum of 5.
