  1. I think my only fear (at the moment) is having to do it (pull and land) by myself and if someone else is doing it for me I wont be nervous. So do I want to get it over on my first or second jump is what I am debating.
  2. Unless I have trouble or really hate it. I figure taking the AFF level 1 is $100.00 more then showing up and doing a tandem and gives hours more instruction so I don't mind paying the extra money. Thanks for the info, Nick
  3. Thanks, I havn't made up my mind about that yet......the places by me have a tandem or a jump with 2 instructors options for the AFF level 1. I have been reading some posts here and it seems as though most people recommend the tandem so you don't get a sensory overload on your first jump. I think I'm about a month away from my first jump. So I still have some time to think about it. Personally my biggest fear would be going by myself so if I did a tandem first my second jump would prolly be harder. Any input? Nick
  4. Hi everyone I just wanted to say hi..... I have no skydives under my belt .....yet.....but will soon. (trying to get rid of some old debt before I build up new debt ) I'm a Scuba Diving...Rock climbing...ex motorcycle racer who lives in Orange County, CA but I am not an adrenaline junkie (I hate that term because it is usually accompanied to un-educated crazy people and one of those I am not). I'm just here to soak up as much info as I can before my first jump and wanted to say thanks in advance for any dumb questions I ask
