okok....I might as well keep this going since I'm having so much fun with it lets see...... *walks back to the middle of the room* ok here goes I'm gonna stand on my head hang on.... * gets in position....puts head on the floor with hands on the floor and elbows out puts knees on elbows.....sssttteeeaaaadddyyy......holds it for good balance......then I stretch my legs above....* ta-da.....I'm standin on my head...... yea....but its better than saying bump all the time

Well I did something today that makes me feel like a new person.....Things at work were getting a little outta hand..so instead of ignoring it I took charge and reported this nonsence.....Gawd it worked....me I made a difference... Oh and I made someone happy today...I love to do that most of all

You are not alone with the crap I've indured in the last few years....I too get scared half to death....I even suggested a tandom to....glad they talked me outta it.....maybe do a static line then clear n pull to freshen you up....I tell you when they got me up there and the door opened a sence of calmness came over me...Then when I jumped I opened (hop n pop) and thought to myself man...I've done this many times why fret...it was beautiful to see the sky as I drifted back to the dz....landed on my but againbut got up smiling from ear to ear why because I overcame the same fear we both experienced.....you can do this....I know you can
