hehe...customer service calls....or even customer service...I hate to tell you Greg no one in that line of work has no sympathy....well let me change that statement some do but very few.. I had a credit card said I didn't make them payments......ok yes I was blowing up like a blowfish but.....I simply said let me look into this I'll have your written receipts in the mail to you ...I told them YOU will not ruin the credit I have worked hard at..there was silence at the other end...hehehe got him thinking...then I hung the phone up. Greg when you get woke up by someone of that nature..ask them "Is this a life or death situation"...Then they say "well no sir". Then say I was sleeping will you please call me back.....hahahhaa......that would have been great...of course I'm shy....just giving you a opinion of how to answer them...I would be to shy to do that....I just simply let it ring if its a unknown #.. Everyone needs to at least work with the public a year...(6 months may work)....the attitudes may change.
