When Audrey sold me hers, she taught me to "jelly roll" the chute after flipping it over the container. Placed the diaper in the tray, with the lines from the risers going to the bottom. roll the sides toward the center. Then roll the top skin toward the container until you reach the bridle. Similar to a psycho pack. Fold whats left into the tray. That was one thing easier about the Prodigy, getting it into the tray. On my 150, the bridle was about mid-way after flipping it over. YMMV.
