    I think the bigger issue here, as I've discovered today, is that Islam deems itself to be an arbiter of justice. That's a slippery slope, and explains alot to me.     Interesting article in the WSJ today. Hamas' charter actual doesn't refer to Palestine as a state. It refers to Palestine as an Islamic Waqf, or trust, "consecrated for future Muslim generations until Judgement Day". Palestine as an independent state has never existed. Hamas has no intention of turning it into an independent state. We are all engines of karma
