Thats nothing anyway. When i worked at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge the C-130 would come past at least twice a week, nice and low. Basically anything that is from germany/Czech area you are really good to go. I find the Czech beer is more forgiving in flavour and more like lager you would be used to. German beer is like being smacked in the face with a mallet when you take your first sip, just tastes so beery. 1338 People aint made of nothin' but water and shit. On a serious note, how differant is it from making something like wine? I was drinking some home made wine this guy gave me at work and it was...foul. CPR is possible because when we take a full breath with healthy lungs we only use about 33% (off the top of my head from biology class about 7 years ago) and the reciever can use the rest and even have some left to breath out. Just because the bronchial (SP) tube is tighter it doesnt mean the red blood cells in your blood stream wont do what they are supposed to do in the alveoli (sp) So as asthmatics we dont survive on less oxygen so to speak. 1338 People aint made of nothin' but water and shit. I was tossing this around in my head last night. Im asthmatic myself (well kinda, had it as a kid and need my inhalers during season changes, thats it)and have had no problems at all skydiving. I dont think it would really make a differance as long as you are not under any symptons of asthma at the time. 1338 People aint made of nothin' but water and shit. I think the potential for freaking out first time under canopy (even a lightly loaded one) and turning low or whatever is far more of a risk than a radio snagging. 1338 People aint made of nothin' but water and shit. Until morale improves, the beatings will continue.

Is there any reason the instructors dont mention that a radio could be a snag point? Is it to stop them subconsciously turning their head on opening? Would you suggest putting radios on the left hand side of helmets as i've seen some students physically look right towards the handle?
