  1. What was that you said earlier about misdirection?
  2. well, that one is pretty easy: Saddam Hussain
  3. True, but that does not prove there are WMDs. IMHO does not qualify a person in power telling the people of america that he knows where those WMDs are. Isn't enough to go and kill a couple of thousand people, only to find out you were wrong. I wonder how much support the Bush administration would have had if it made a statement like: We think they may have WMDs but we are not quite sure. The UN has asked for a couple of more moths to givea final answer to this quesiton. That however is not good enough for us, we are going to invade Iraq to satisfy our hunch.
  4. Interesting report in the USA today this morning (I can't find it on their website, though it was on the front page of my copy this morning ) Report finds that Iraq did not have WMDs for pretty much the last decade. This is based on "independend" reasearch into the findings by the weapons inspectors and the weapons team after the Iraqi invasion. The program was dormant.
  5. so he does know where they are then? Could you please enlighten me then and let me know why he would not direct his troops to that location?
  6. exactly, so why come up with a constitutional amendment, that way you'll never find out.
  7. You know this for fact, or you are assuming such?
  8. A woman who has undergone an hysterectomy no longer has the tools, should she not be allowed to get married?
  9. And I am sure that if or when you got caught, your reaction would have been: I agree I have been bad and I'll accept any punishment because of it.
  10. Accurate according to who or what?
  11. But it was okay while you listened to it and enjoyed it.
  12. I have to call BullShit. If you believe that, maybe you should stop wearing rose coloured glasses. I went to school with the three sons of the queen of Holland. Two of them were pretty bright, one isn't quit that bright
  13. For quite some time actually. Ever watched Eddie Murphy's stand up comedy shows? I think in the US he would go to jail if he repeated some of the stuff he said in those shows. Making fun of peoples shortcomings has been a form of humour longer than prostitution has been a profession.
  14. Anyways, for what it is worth, which in all likelihood isn't much
  15. Fine then if DZ stop calling it a waiver and call it an understanding between two parties. Would that change things for you?
  16. Congrats Iwan. Just goes to prove: If you ain't Dutch, you ain't much
  17. That would mean that an hetrosexual couple, who either do not want children or can not have children should not be allowed to marry.
  18. But it could constitute a conditional endorsement to the verbal sale contract. Which would amend the original verbal contract, or in this case strengthen Bill's hypothetical case.
  19. Since 2000 Alberta has specifically excluded same sex marriages. Hence, same sex marriages are not legal in Canada though it does seem to be heading that way.
  20. I don't think that is true, though it does seem to head in that direction.
  21. That story is somewhat outdated, Belgium has since become the second country in the world to specifically allow same sex marriages. Germany, Switserland and Canada are currently looking into legislation allowing same sex marriages. Furthermore, there is a difference between not specifically allowing it and altering your countries constitution against something.
  22. Congrats duece, that is awesome.
