Frank Carpenters and Willie's rumble seat tavern were my home away from home from 1963-till? Remember 3 finger Bert the bartender? Carl Banish (sp?) was often there. I was a cardinal and "Bat man Cardinal" I'm at a loss but I think it was Wendays they had movies. The pope pit was predominate in January. Were you around for the Hermosa Beach exibition water jump?
