The floor is hard wood. The glasses were hard plastic. ( I say "were" because they are no longer glasses) My back is made of this soft fleshy material : ( I'm afraid to look at my back to see what sort of mark I'm sporting : ( Jump, Land, Pack, Repeat...

So...as I mentioned before, I trust everyone. About twenty minutes ago, my 15 year old son asked me to play with him. He promised that he would not drop me, so of course I said "sure". I'm 5' 7 1/2 (146 lbs or so) - He's 6' 2" about 210 (I think) He stood in front of me and we held hands with our arms crossed. Then, lowered me down until my head was almost on the floor - picture me in a backbend, but I'm not allowed to use my arms. Then...he dropped me. Here's what really sucks - I had sunglasses on my head - which fell on to the floor before he dropped me. They are now smashed into several pieces : ( He immediately wanted to try again. He swore on his life and mine that he wouldn't drop me a second time. I suggested we try again in a few days...after my bruises are gone. Jump, Land, Pack, Repeat...

Ok...we will count cutting them off - but only if the use of a big sharp knife was involved - no scissors. Any other questions? Jump, Land, Pack, Repeat... -

I don't know what other people think of me, but... When you meet me, I am the same person I'll be a year later. I give 100% right from the beginning. There isn't a long getting to know me period. The filter from my brain to my mouth does not exist - so I'm very open with everything about myself and my feelings. Some would probably say that I am inappropriately open. I'm silly, clumsy, impulsive, affectionate and playful - like a little girl. I trust people right from the beginning - just like a small child does. I believe that everyone in the world has a good heart and that everyone should be treated with kindness and compassion. So...was that your perception of me? Jump, Land, Pack, Repeat...

It just occurred to me that no one has ever actually torn off my clothes. It made me wonder if it happens often or if it is just something that happens in the movies. BTW... I think I'd like it : ) Jump, Land, Pack, Repeat... -

If you pronounce something incorrectly, do you want to be told?
jumpjunkie2004 replied to kelel01's topic in The Bonfire
Some people think that region accents and dialects are endearing. My husband is not one of those people. When I am with my family, it is very obvious that I've been trained to speak properly. I don't sound much like my siblings. It wasn't all my husband. I spent a summer with my grandmother when I was just a little girl and I came home with a funky intense southern accent. When I entered grade school, my teachers couldn't understand some things that I was saying. Eventually, they fixed me... Jump, Land, Pack, Repeat... -
