    OMG I was thinking that same thing! I was in Petco and this gal in front of me.... horizontal striped stockings.... fluffy black skirt to the knees.... black leather jacket.... black makeup all around her eyes.... she was FREAKY!     It's been so long since I wore my Mirage, but I do recall that I could pull it off one shoulder. But I never had it do that in freefall. Of course I don't have very many jumps on the thing, either. ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    Michele, thank you so much for all of this! Yes, I have given her no catnip but she is just as hyper. My hubby says she is just happy to see us and wants to play. So I played with her some before leaving for work. And I petted her and praised her when she wasn't meowing and when she climbed her post. She did wake both me and my kid up at 5:15 meowing. I was going to put a fan across the hallway to keep her away and to drown out the sound. Good news is that I eat less because I am so busy with her! ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    In about 3 years Ack! I am gonna go insane by then! Actually the chill out a bit sooner if you have them spayed/neutered... both of mine are fixed and very mellow (if somewhat demanding). It's a rare night when I go to bed and at least one of them isn't curled up next to me nuzzling my arm to be petted. Aloof isn't a word I'd use to describe either Pita or Smokey... Maya is being spayed November 13. I am counting down the days.

    You don't have to wait a day, it is just better for your body to recover. I am starting week #3 tonight so I will do tonight and tomorrow night and then a day off. I can handle 2 in a row but not 3. ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    If I stay in a light sleep, I am ok. If I fall deep, then I have a headache til I go to bed for real. I can force a light sleep by telling myself I have to be up by a certain time, I will check the clock every 5-10 minutes and stay in a fairly light sleep. ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    I gave Maya catnip without really knowing what it was. Lisamarie saved her from being locked in the bathroom all night. She was possessed (the kitty, not Lisamarie). Now she has been meowing outside my room for about 10 minutes because apparently it is not HER bedtime. I just hope my kid doesn't decide to get up ... he'll never get her out of his room (she hasn't been allowed in the rooms upstairs yet). Do you see the gray hair? My KID hasn't given me this much grief! Course he's only 10.... ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?

    My kitty is freaking me out. I am trying to ge her to stop running up the back of the couch and stuff. But she was being a poop on the couch (freaking me out with the pawing thing) that I am at the table. So she sits at my feet and cries. I feel so bad! She's gotten quite a bit of water squirts! I am a mean mommy! Do they chill out a bit soon??? She's 3 months. ~ Lisa ~ Do you Rigminder?
