Curtis Love of Chicago Tattoo is great, his work is awesome. I have had work done by him(and am going back for more) and so have a number of my friends. You can fax him over your idea and he'll work with it so that you get what you want. Plus he has a great touch so the tat is not too deep, adds to the clarity of the work. Look for the artist more than the shop. Look at their previous work. And make an appointment with the the one you like the most.
