  1. Yeah, those are really cool! I finally called SunPath and ordered a couple of handles. I didn't want them to say anything, I just wanted them in black and white checkerboard pattern Safe Jumps and Blue Skies!
  2. DrewEckhardt could not have said it better! He is exactly right. I only have 300 jumps now so it is easy for me to remember what it was like when I was having your same dilemma. To make it simple, if you're a wealthy individual who doesn't mind paying a lot of money (perhaps because you have a lot of it) on something that you'll MOST LIKELY replace in a couple of hundred jumps (and believe me, you'll have a few hundred in no time ) then GO FOR IT! Skydiving IS a fashionable sport and, hey, you GOTTA look good! In the other side, if your budget is like most of ours, then you should definitely get a USED rig so that you learn which canopy you like best and until you find a size that you feel the most comfortable with. Safe Jumps and Blue Skies!
  3. Wow, I feel stupid now, why didn't I think of that!? I guess I was expecting to see pictures of available fabrics and fonts and stuff like that... I just hope that getting parts directly from the manufacturer isn't as expensive as it is for cars. Thank you very much for your VERY QUICK reply! See ya in the sky! Safe Jumps and Blue Skies!
  4. Custom Made (and/or embroidered) Cutaway and Reserve Handles seem to be somewhat popular these days. I see at least one skydiver who has them in every load I get. I want to get a couple of new handles but I can't find any place online that sells them! I'm actually interested in the "fatty-square" ones. Common sense would tell you "Why don't you ask the people who has them where did they get them from?" But every time I do I get the same reply "I bought my rig with them already" There has to be someone out there who knows where to order custom made handles. Can anyone help me? Safe Jumps and Blue Skies!
