    Baguette sliced in half, slightly toasted, buttered, add sliced Somerset cheddar and grill till soft, sprinkle with fresh spring onions and a crushed clove of garlic so they melt in, add a sprinkle of Lea & Perrins, layer fine sliced tomatoes, topped of with some more grated cheddar. ENJOY

    Have you looked into a "Total head coverage" helmet. Open faced, looks very smart, I have a med with small pad inserts, nice and very tight. The back neck part is high, good for head up stuff. It will take small knocks, no probs. Not sure who sells, so do a search on the net, try Empuriabrava.
