  1. I do get a lunch break. But you seem to be posting alot today. Are you getting anything done? And remember your 4 pm curfew.
  2. I haven't bitten anybody in a long time! Welcome to Tampa Dom. And don't pay any attention to Heather.
  3. The springs on the ratchets face towards the visor. If you put the rachets in with the springs facing the back of the helmet your lens will gap at the top. There is a letter on the back of the rachets that specifies which side the rachet goes on. Also you only want to loosen the screws just slightly not enough so that the plate is loose. If you tighten the screws as tight as they will go then back it off a little then the rachets should not pop out but it will relieve some of the tension on the visor. You should do this with the screws at the top and the bottom of the plate.
  4. Have you tried loosening the screws slightly that hold the metal plates in place. If you have the screws cranked down really tight it can pinch the visor and make it more difficult to open.
  5. I have a Sam 120 and love it. Dom Nov 2000 BBY-TUR-WHT-RBL Nice new shiney lineset.
