I have had past experience with a horse of this nature. No matter how hard I pulled on rein/reins there was no stopping this horse. I went on a two mile, full speed out and out RUN on the back of a horse the whole time trying different things with the reins to get the son of a bitch to stop. I knew where he was headed and just knew that I had to hold on for the ride. Sucker ran right back to the barn and into his stall. Sounds like more ground work is in order. Your right, your too old for that kind of physical nonsense. Horses, they are a magnificent beast that can leave you scratchin your head day after day. Love'em!! Good luck. I found a Box Turtle about the size of a nickel, maybe even smaller (more like a penny), this lil dude is tiny!. My son got two turtles for Christmas, the last one died about 6 weeks ago, They were the aquatic kind, very hard to raise. We figured we would see if we can help this lil guy out and give him a home for awhile. Anyone know much about Box Turtles? Every raise one? Bobbi A miracle is not defined by an event. You know, I was going to post something yesterday about Shannon and then again this morning, but I just couldn't put into words what I wanted to convey. I am back again...maybe plain and simple would surfice. I think about Shannon almost daily. I check into her Myspace page weekly....the closing pin made in Shannons honor/memory hangs from my rear view mirror, I see it everyday...I guess, keeping it plain and simple. I miss her. Totally agree. If it was my son I would be totally pissed! He would be cleaning it up, repainting, and grounded for quite some time (even at 11 he would probably get his butt whooped!).
