Our problems are probably coming from... .....

It IS quite possible YET highly impropable that I with my trusty lil guns MAY stop a terrorist/THUG that has one of these lil dirty suitcase nukeies....

I am reading it now.... But until I get done with this story, I want to remind peeps of what a town did some 20yrs ago when they got wind of another town OUTLAWING firearms... A lil town in north Illinois named Morton Grove did the banning of any and all firearms, Kennasaw Ga. did the opposite and their crime rate fell some 80%+ that next year and I think (i will chk) it has still not raised very much if any at all!!!!!!! -------------------------------------------------------- Nice and cozy news! Maybe there is a utopia here on earth! I like the remark that said about the cops bragging that they have had a hand in the decline... But if the rate goes up.....

fair enuf! THX! However I live in a town that has seen violent crime increase over the past decade. I have a few choices I could move! or I can do nothing and let it perpetuate or I could address it head on. I CHOOSE to hit head on, and my family does too. YES indeed a BIG ass risk b/c my family could lose me to defending them, myself and or others around. Such as a close encounter of a knife attack 2years ago and the gun pull I spoke of. If I back down and do nothing, then I/we are ALLOWING the thugs/evil to prevail! UNACCEPTABLE in my mind. I only know of one place that is "utopia" (Heaven my belief), however I am not ready for that place yet, so I choose to stay in my hometown of 45yrs and HELP by doing my civil duty to my community and my wife and our children and others. While OUR state law says that I cannot "carry conceled" (kinda broad term) i SOMETIMES carry, and nobody knows different. But I am NOT willing or going to be a victim to evil thugs that have no remorse for their actions against me, my family and or strangers in any scenario... I respect what you added because that is your choice. Thats cool. I always pray for peace and safety for the entire world... YES it seems like nothing changes, but some lives are spared because of citizens like me when thugs get out of line. Let me add this, just b/c my girls were raised around and know how to safely handle firearms, they have ALWAYS been instructed/ordered to walk or run away from trouble.... BUT, NO one wants to back either one of my girls into a corner!! They do NOT want to shoot anyone muchless kill a fellow human, but they can and will to save their life and or someone elses if immediate life danger is present. edit changed "my" to "our" because you Kal and I live in the same state...

Some thug(s) comes in and wants all their cash, OUR wallets etc, and it so happens that one or all of them come to you and sticks their pistole in yr ear, forehead whatever, I have a CLEAR shot to take him.them out! If yr speaking of me, i want to express that the NRA has NOT called me since then.... They sent me a video also that I pitched in the can, and I recd a bill for it which I also pitched... YEPYEP... I jumped with Jimmy in Rantoul (my first home dz "EXTREME SKYDIVING", BC and ScottJohnson were the DZOs with DaveS and PhilVanAnt...) b4 WFFC ever started there. It was in 97 or 1998 at the RantoulFest a few years after the base closed and the city was drumming up ways to get revenue back, so they did this fest and somehow got DiamondRio to show and play... I'll find my pics... and submit asap...

YEAH and keep an eye on the that NEW LOSER for me TOO! She is a GREAT kid and just wants to LEARN LEARN and learn and hang out and watch! She wants to make a jump so we shall see! I laid off for 5 years after being cleard for freefall with a total of 36jumps. I didnt forget anything! I had to obviously do a recurrent PRCP~PracticeRipCordPull jump on SL (static line) WHEN after you get done with business (doctorate), go through and complete the student program re, SL, AFF, AFP etc get yr A~lic and DO at least 4-6 jumps a month! With rental gear or your own! If you like jumpin that much after yr A lic, I would highly suggest that you start looking at your OWN gear with room to upsize as you get older and or heavier! Only because of the comfort level of yr own vs. student gear... you WILL fly better to because yr gear fits you better!!! And with the good paying job b/c of yr doctorate, the manufactures would just love to put YOU in the best that YOUR money will buy!! SAFETY is a BIG concern if you layoff for extended periods.... ALWAYS!!! HATS off to ya Bro... WELCOME to OUR WORLD!!! :DD
