I know right? Gets pretty expensive pretty damn quik! I have found that eating more fruit and veggies vs what we typically eat as Americans, three or less meals a day such as meat, potatos, etc costs just about the same! I can eat a serving of f/v every couple of hours (5-8xs a day) with water or shakes or java, and still pay less daily vs our typical habit... try this for your lowers, minimum 2day into a third if ya can hackit, f/v diet like I discribed and see how ya feel afterwards! water inbetween and along with if needed! Just dont "drown" yrself! Oh yes we can literally drown out our bodies with too much h2o intake!!! Not only have you started a natural detox, but you are preping your inarwds
