  1. As has was said above the battery need not be in the system at all.In fact I alwas unhook mine when pluged into 120 V if not needing to charge the bttery. RV chargeing systems are good for cooking batterys (over charging). There might be a relay on your converter that has failed.I had one that some times on first plugging in to 120V would not operate the 12V system for a few sec.or min. and then kick in and the lights would come on.Yours may have failed --------if it has one .
  2. 1970 mine was 280 a day earlier would have ben 14. I was 1-A.The high number put me on a trip to Fl. rather then Mexico. BD Chuck

  4. I believe there is only 28 still on in that pic.A few fell off before everyone hand made it out side. I'm one of the for legs you can see hanging under the plane.I had one arm inside the front of the door and someone standing on it so I didn't slide out,the other arm is holding on to a girl that has no grip on the airplane. It was Larry Hills 3 in Coolidge. BD Chuck

  7. Packers are your first line of defence, they see the gear every time they pack and should understand how responsible they are . I ouned a tandem rig and made 450 tandem jumps.Stoped doing them do to neck problems and now pack them for others. Would never want to put any of my tandem guys or girls in un needed danger.
  8. You do not need a new toilet.Turn the water supply off.Remove all the water you can from the bowl and tank.Unbolt it and turn it on it's side .You will find your bottel stuck in the bottem or part way around the trap. It would not be a good idea to try to force the bottle on in to the the pipe below. Then you will have a bigger problem . Oh pick up a new wax ring to reseal the toilet back to the toilet flange.SeYa Chuck
  9. Hi looking for a jump door for a 1965 182.A door all ready made for jump operations or a virgin right side door to make over for a jump door.I think 1962-1967 182's and some years of 206 fit. If there is a better place to post this please let me know. Thanks Chuck PS yes looking at Trade- A-Plain also.

If you want air time think about Powered Para Giding.Have done 350 hrs, less than 3 years .No limit to were you can fly (sort of).If your near free flight sites do both ,if not it might be the way to get in the air. $5.00 an hr. for fuel about 3 to 5 hundred hrs on a motor cage at $5.000 to $6,000 and you can re build it . Can't give a link to a PPG site they all suck!!!!!!! B.S.B.D Chuck
