  1. Thank you for these great advice and I will keep them in mind when I purchase a Rig
  2. Thank you. I am pretty scared of the 170 Sabre, my local instructors are trying to sell me a used 170 Sabre with about 200-300 jumps, a Javelin container and 2 year old Cypress. I like the Javelin container, I feel comfortable in the Javelin and I like how responsive the Sabre is but I´ve had one severe hard open with bad line twists on that rig and I can´t stop thinking about that it probably won´t be the first and only time I will be experiencing hard openings while using the Sabre. At first I starting looking for 190 sq ft canopy but they convinced me of buying a 170 sq ft. Don´t know if I should believe the since the local instructor only has about 1000-2000 jumps and doesn´t seem quite supportive of new skydivers.
  3. Hi Im kinda new to this sport and love it. My name is Gudjon and am from Iceland but usually called Jon. I just started this summer by finishing the AFF and A license in Skydive City Z-Hills. I searching for a rig and I need some help from the more experienced finding the right rig for me. I was thinking about the Infinity container and maybe 170 Sabre2 or Safire 170. I´ve got about 35 jumps total and 7 of them on a 190 Sabre, but I´m not sure if I like the openings on the Sabre. I´m 190 lbs. Thanks in advance.
