I did a step class today... I really love them, but damn this woman confused me with all the crazy steps she did!!! Oh and did abs too after the step class. -

I'm not beating myself up about it actually. I do need to lose some pounds, but I'm ok with them coming off slowly. Right now I can feel my body building up more muscle which is good. Actually you just reminded my I can use my scale to tell me body fat too. -

Well I've been working out 4-5 days a week and eating healthy for the last week and a half. Not seeing much movement in the scale yet, but I feel healthier. I think I need to throw some more cardio into my schedule. -
I have to say that is not common for any VW dealership I've gone to. I finally gave up and found a good local VW mechanic. Just brought it in on Wed and he was awesome.

So far I only have one rule. No duckfarts... but that is negotiable as long as I'm not the one carrying the bottle around.

Actually where I work I could go to HR and complain about any of those things and expect something to be done about it. I know of cases where people were told not to wear so much perfume.

Thanks for that post. I had a similar situation from flying on my belly, the numbness went away after 30 minutes or so, but the shoulder on that side was really sore for a week and a half. Definitely planning on stretching before my next time in there.
