    Tomorrow is my girlfriends b-day, and its also our first boogie down at San Diego. She has 61 jumps so far. I was wondering what would be some good first jumps for her to do. I was thinking of a tube exit (if thats what its called), and was also wondering how experienced you need to be to do a rodeo exit. There is going to be a helicopter so I hope we can get on that.

    Is it ok for someone who weighs 105 to jump a 150 at about 50 jumps. If all the other jumps were stand up.

    Yeah I gave up and am putting in an order for a new infinity. I came to the same conclusion. Just hate spending so much money....but I have it so its not such a big deal

    JUst need a container that will fit me 5'6 and is not super old.....and has a 150 main and 150 reserve, cypess would be nice as well

    What do you do if you cant find any used gear. I am 5'6 and am looking for something that is not real old and can hold a 150 main and reserve. Should I wait for something to come along? But who knows how long that will be. Or should I just buy a new container? The main question here is, is it worth buying new or is it better to wait for used? And if anyone knows of anything that would fit me that I missed please let me know. Ive been looking like crazy, everything is sold.

    Ive had 21 jumps and all were stand up landings......but i'm also light so makes it easier....but my friend who weighs 180 has had all 21 stand up landings.

    I would personally buy used mains until you are going to settle on something for several hundred jumps. Used harness/container system is not a bad idea, either, if you can find something in good shape that fits. But, ultimately, the choice is yours. Just realize that you are bound to downsize in the next hundred jumps since you are still a student now, so by the time your new gear is made (2+ months) you might be looking for something different (depending on how many jumps you make, etc). Definitely take Aggiedave's advice and talk this out with instructors and experienced jumpers at your dz unless you have lotsa $$ to burn. Good luck:) Angela. I am on the small side so new for the container is alright with me .....and I dont mind buying used gear .....I just dont know that I will get what I pay for

    I was looking at the Infinity Package from http://www.para-service.com/ and was wondering if the 3,299.00 price was a good deal considering what it comes with? Are the 7-Cell Triathlon main and Smart reserve from Aerodyne Research recommended or should I just buy the new container and look for a used main and reserve?
