That must be the great thing about this forum for you. It allows you to post one side of a story and call it fact. Regardless, I truly wish you everything good, fun, and successful, Amazon. As I said earlier, you really do have so much to offer a DZ. I'm glad i had the opportunity to meet you while you 'lasted as long as you did' at Snohomish.

Amen, slug! Thanks for your objective input.

Enough is enough. Honestly, I don't want to argue with you. I don't have the time or energy to prove my point over and over again. No one else is "banned" from Skydive Snohomish. Only on one other occasion did someone lose their jumping priveleges at the DZ for inappropriate behavior. The issue was handled privately, and has since been resolved.

Actually, this is Elaine. Tyson is actually out working on the new manifest area - to benefit licensed jumpers. So personal attacks must be part of pointing out pros and cons of a DZ? Hmmm.... Anyway, I didn't sign on to battle back and forth with you. I am one of the only people who has heard both sides of the story. And, as someone who volunteers endlessly to make the DZ a better place, loves the DZ and all the people who jump there, and always stands up for what I believe in, I felt it necessary to speak my mind. I may not have a ton of experience in the sport, and I may never accumulate your level of experience, but I do know how hard the DZO works to make Skydive Snohomish a positive place. After your words and actions today, I believe his decision to no longer allow you to jump there is a step in the right direction.

Terms like "FUN" and "PERSONAL ISSUES" are definitely relative. Fun (by its most common definition) is had at Skydive Snohomish by both first-time and many-time jumpers on a daily basis. Speaking of DZO's, shall we discuss the other DZO's in WA whom you have trash-talked publicly? Interesting how the personality conflicts seem to follow you around the state. You have so much to offer the sport of skydiving. It would be great if you could see outside your world well enough to share your experience, talents, and abilities in a way that doesn't create so much drama around the DZ. That's all I have to say about that. Signing off!

Tandem factory, huh? Tandems bring bigger airplanes to small drop zones (Turbo 206, Caravan). Bigger airplanes bring bigger-than-4-ways for licensed jumpers. It's all a big chain of events that give licensed jumpers a place for recreation. Each link has to be there for the sport to survive.
