I'm not very new to the BASE or skydiving community but have recently encountered something I need others assistance with. Long story short, I'm still short a building and have possibly come across one. The only problem is it's location. It's in a rather congested city, depending on what's going on that evening, but is totally accessible and tall. The building is under construction and sits on the outskirts of a city right next to an older community that has a lot of abandoned homes and businesses. Question is, what are the major factors that I need to consider that I'm sure I haven't considered already? I've scouted this location for a few weeks now and have noticed it's a hit-n-miss situation. Any comments from those who have been in this ideal scenario? Thanks for the clues.
