  1. Okay, that works! Thank you. I don't get 'save as' but used 'save target as'. It's just so weird that it use to work like other sites and I could save as .jpg but it doesn't now. And yes, peacefuljeffrey, they do show up as untitled! Are we the only two experiencing this problem??? J Like you said, we're being singled-out. I tried "save target as" from the right-click menu the other night and it was grayed-out, unselectable. You're saying that if you right click on the link itself, not the photo, you get a chance to save as a jpeg but you have to choose "save target as"? Not sure I follow you here. I can't try it yet, until I get home. Right now I'm on a piece of shit MAC at work. As a matter of fact, I'm going to try it on my old desktop computer at home (running Win98) and see if the same thing happens as on my laptop running XP... You know, "for shits and giggles." -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  2. Well, I'm much more used to granting wishes, but since you mention in -- YES. -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  3. I'll try that when I'm back home on my computer there. But why all of the sudden? It didn't used to do that. One notable thing: at the same time as it's mistaking the pics as BMPs, it also has "untitled" for the name of the file! It seems as though the computer just hasn't been told what the "header" information for the pic is... I'm still hoping someone here can offer a true remedy that will set this back to rights. -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  4. Sorry, what were you saying? I was distracted by imagining your pubic patch right over the bridge of my nose and the nub of your clit between my lips... No, really. Well, okay, I seem to recall you saying something about Jonathan Livingston Seagull. Yeah, it's one of my all-time favorite stories. So positive and upbeat. There were loads of quotable "sig lines" in it, but that one is so perfectly descriptive of how I feel about skydiving and flying...
  5. I like it when I'm on top of a guy riding him and then I climb up on his face and bury my clit it his mouth and tell him to suck it. Throws them off sometimes... It's nice when you slap them hard in the face if they aren't quick enough for you. I'm not posting this I'm not posting this I'm not posting this.. damn.. I posted it. You too? Ladies, ladies!... relax... There's enough of me to go around... you'll just have to take turns, is all! edit: over and over and over and over... Blue skies, -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  6. You'll forgive me, GFD, if I cannot stop picturing you naked, forcefully riding a man's face with your clit in his mouth. Um, nor do I want to. So anything you write from here on, I'm gonna be reading and in my head I'll be hearing something like what the adults sound like on the Charlie Brown t.v. specials. "Bwah bwaaahh bwah bwahhh bwaaahhhh..." Hey, don't blame me -- it's your fault!! -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  7. Maybe it's cuz the other Competitors felt that you were no competition? j/k -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  8. I'm with your dad. I don't hate tattoos, but they are a turnoff if they are not tasteful, or if they leave me thinking that they were selected with crappy judgment -- like they're too "dated," too big, too obvious (and can't ever be concealed if need be), too faddish, too unoriginal... I think that the best tattoos (on a woman, mind you -- and standards change for a man, in my view) are those that are small, dainty, and can be seen only if they are deliberately allowed to show. What tattoo did you get, and where? -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  9. Other: Cleo, Heathciff's girlfriend -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  10. In no particular order: neck nipples "thingie" toes fingers When people get over the stigma of having their toes sucked, it's an amazing sensation. Goes all over the whole body (about three times per microsecond)!!! As far as ears, I see some mention of them in the responses, but I rather like my ears licked as opposed to sucked. That is one intense sensation! Blue skies, -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  11. I have done this -- having recognized this as the likely reason for the problem in the past. Now any other site's pics save just fine for me as JPGs, but STILL not from this site!! I don't know why. -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  12. Thanks for the reminder/invite, but I only have my A at this point, and I have to check again all the remaining whatever I need for my B. How many jumps for a B, again? I'm at 112... and I still have more of those "within 10 meters" landings to get done... The peas are always so crowded with people, I tend lately to just head where the people ain't! edit: P.S. I had a great time this weekend. Glad you've got things happening again! (Yeah, it was weird with all the power trucks and buses around! Some of them were takin' pictures!) -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  13. The highlight of my weekend was friday night with you.
  14. Way to go! That's something I'm proud of -- the American ingenuity and drive to get this kind of thing accomplished! Congratulations to everyone involved in this incredible venture!
  15. Kallend: and yes, an explanation might break forum rules. We just...don't...see...eye to eye. edit: I'm kind of surprised to not see my own name there, since I figure there's gotta be a number of people who would say I would piss them off as a greenie. But I guess it's better to remain under the radar, so I'm not complainin'. -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  16. NO. And I can't figure out why you would think that's his fault, or that he should suffer 'cause of it. Whenever Dave posts in a discussable/debatable thread topic, he tends, I find, to post on the sensible side of the issue. Since the place is better for having him here -- and since I have yet to make the same observation about you -- I vote to keep him on. Next, maybe, a poll to see if YOU should go for a week so that you'd spend the week not being bothered by him replying first to "all threads in all categories." If you're that bothered by it, maybe you should take yourself a break. Or, as you blithely suggest for Dave, you should be given a break. -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  17. And they didn't bother to inform all the employees who work nearby? Nice... Ah, they've probably got "No Guns Allowed" signs up on the doors, so I'm sure there's nothing to worry about. I love it! -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  18. At 67 years of age, he has passed the point where this would be considered Darwinism. For it to be Darwinism, he'd have to have died or become sterile before reaching breeding age. I think this is a bullshit story too. The guy may have cut off his own penis, but if he did, I suspect that it was due to some whacked-out sexual fantasy thing, and then he just tried to say it was an honest mistake. Very implausible cover story, old dude. -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  19. Exactly. Just days ago it worked fine! I'm pretty sure that filling the cache alotment is what might be bringing this on. But several other locations on the web where I saved JPGs directly worked fine, and so did DZ.com for a long time. Now they all come over as BMP. I know I could save and then change format but that is a big bitch. I just want it doing what it was doing just a short time ago! ugh! -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  20. Can anyone offer how to fix this? People post photos on this site and when I try to save them, they are defaulting to save as BITMAP images, even though I'm sure they're posted as JPG. When I get the "save as" dialog, when I pull down the window that says BMP, there is no other option in the list -- just BMP. I think this has to do with my cache getting filled up (at whatever setting I had allowed it to store), and although I deleted the temporary internet files, it's still doing this -- but not at every site, just this one! Anyone know how to fix this? -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  21. I'm not a Mac guru or anything, and certainly not an afficionado... I just work on a Mac but my personal computer is a PC... The major problem I have with Mac OS-X (and I guess anything previous) is that there is no button to hit to instantly maximize a window to full screen size! Windows has this, and Windows is supposedly a "ripoff" of Mac OS. So do Mac-ers have to concede that MS has actually made improvements that are still not done in Mac OS? -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  22. Wait, wait, wait, I thought life was like a box of chocolates! Damn, I'm confused. Diva, it's nice that you get to share your compassion with people who need it. Sometimes I think that the only comfort that is true is that we all will know peace when this life is done. Maybe that's part of why people can accept their own deaths with grace and dignity -- because they believe and know that ultimate peace is coming. Blue skies, -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
  23. Coral Castle homepage I want to know if anyone here has been to it, or knows more about it than this website tells. Apparently, this dude who was jilted by his fiancee built this garden of coral stone as a testament to his love for her. It took him like decades to complete it. Anyway, as the site explains, it's supposedly a marvel of engineering, and a mystery as to how he accomplished it -- allegedly alone, despite the coral pieces weighing tons. Check out the info on the 9-Ton-Gate. It's supposedly so perfectly balanced, they say, that it can be pushed open (it revolves) with one finger. But here's what I don't understand: how can it be pushed so easily just because it is balanced? Nine tons is nine tons, with all the inertia involved. The site is pretty poorly written and explained. It does not tell the story very comprehensively. And I have to wonder what PROOF there is that this guy built this place alone; that no one can figure out or understand how it was done; that it could not be duplicated... Just because they SAY no one ever saw him get assistance or use machinery, that to me does not assuage my skepticism. I had heard of this place before, and it came up in a conversation at work tonight. Anyone know more about it? -Jeffrey -Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"
