    It is my understanding that if any business charges thier customers a fee to use a credit card, it breaks the merchant agreement. If the merchant finds out, they will likely cancel thier agreement with the DZ. The idea is so people will want to use credit cards not cash, and that is why they do not allow business to charge a fee back to the customer.
