  1. Yes it is posible to learn headdown from atmonauti but id try flying on your back first and get good at it it wil take a jump or 20 or more always do this with some one to keep direction 90degrees from flight line and then do the front to the back to the front al the way down with somebody to keep direction again 90 degrees from flight line and then go steeper and steeper but again always with some one to keep the direction becase in this way you move very fast in abouth any direction so if you never want to meet someone unintentionaly always do this with some one and never alone be safe!
  2. learn to use your legs more! its always the legs! dont push with your arms when getting out of a transition leave them at the side or yust retract them think faster and keep breathing when you stop your muscletention changes,this will bring un controlled movement in the sky (hitting some one). take a coach let him video debrief practise 5 jumps take the coach again and to start make in this way 50jumps (vacation) and you wil get a stable HD position. Smile and have fun! most importand one dont get stuck in the yums that didnt go so well look forward and set goals! gr33tz

  6. Yeah put your legs in position and keep em strong dont use your arms to much to push on the air try to do imaginairy docks on solo jumps
